Drawings only — APC fee 4%
We deliver complete architectural and structural drawings. You appoint a separate team for site supervision and contractor management — shown as an additional 8% in your cost summary.
Full delivery — APC fee 12%
We handle everything — drawings, contractor management, bill verification, and site coordination through to handover. Site supervision cost is included within our fee.
